Job description
Quest Oracle Community is seeking an Associate Director of Financial Aid for Technical Operations in Jonesboro, AR. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the technical infrastructure supporting federal, state, and institutional financial aid, including Ellucian Banner and SQL-based reporting.
You will collaborate with the Director of Financial Aid, IT, Registrar, and Institutional Research to ensure accurate, efficient operations compliant with regulations.
