nThe Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the Defense Financial Analysis Management team in one of the following locations:
nnnCalifornia: El Segundo

nnMissouri: Hazelwood

nnAlabama: Huntsville

nnFlorida: Kennedy Space Center

n nThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
nCome join the Defense Financial Analysis management team where you will lead a team of analysts managing the financial execution of our Boeing Global Services Government Sustainment efforts.
nThese efforts include:
nnnBudget management

nnEarned value management

nnEstimate at complete analysis

nnCompliance monitoring
n
nnVariance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
n
n nPosition Responsibilities:
nnnManage, develop, and motivate a geographically diverse team to execute financial analysis processes to inform business decisions while meeting operational goals
n
nnBuild relationships with stakeholders
n
nnDrive process improvements
n
nnProvide oversight and coaching on technical approaches
n
nnEnsure effective communication and collaboration within the finance team and with business partners
n
nnManage employees within the Financial Analysis Center of Expertise (COE) supporting the Boeing Space Intelligence and Weapons Systems (SI&WS) Statement of Work (SOW)
n
nnPerform and analyze Estimates at Completion, budget baselining development, financial forecasting and risk management analysis
n
nnDevelop and execute project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
n
nnAcquire resources for projects and lead process improvements
n
n nThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
nnnCurrently have a Bachelor's degree or higher
n
nn3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
n
nn3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
n
nnCandidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
n
n nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
nnn3+ years of experience leading team or project
n
nn1+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, and/or Budgeting/Cost Performance Reporting
n
nn1+ years of experience with process improvement
n
nn1+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
n
nn1+ years of experience communicating with senior manager and executives, customers (internal and external), business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and government representatives
n
nnMust be highly motivated, self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail
n

nSummary pay range for CA: $122,400 - $165,600
nSummary pay range for AL, FL and MO: $114,750 - $155,250
