Job Summary: This role will support Finance function by providing Accounts Payable duties to support team. Key Responsibilities include reviewing invoices and check requests and obtaining appropriate approvals, sorting and matching invoices, purchase orders, packing slips (3-way match) and other payment requests, setting invoices up for payment, preparing and processing accounts payable wire transfers and ACH payments, monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date, resolving invoice discrepancies, corresponding with vendors, responding to inquiries, and resolving vendor statements, processing weekly payables, independently responding to accounts payable inquiries, displaying a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude among the team, and having strong organization with an attention to detail and accuracy. Requirements include 2+ years of hands-on experience in an AP role and attention to detail. Schedule: 08:00:AM - 04:30:PM. Work Setup: Onsite in Carlsbad, CA. Contract Length: 12 Months (6/29/2026 - 6/28/2027).
