nWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to support planning, forecasting, and revenue analysis in a dynamic, evolving environment. This role combines strong analytical execution, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to support data driven decision-making and improve visibility into business performance.

nResponsibilities
nPlanning & Forecasting
nnnSupport components of the annual planning and recurring forecast processes, with a focus on revenue and key business drivers.
n
nnGather, analyze, and validate inputs from business partners to ensure forecasts are accurate, complete, and well understood.
n
nnAnalyze actual revenue/bookings versus plan and help explain key drivers, trends, and variances.
n
nnPartner with Sales Operations and other teams to ensure data consistency and alignment on assumptions.
n
n nRevenue Analytics & Insights
nnnAnalyze revenue and performance metrics (e.g., revenue trends, customer behavior, renewals, and growth drivers) to support forecasting and management reporting.
n
nnIdentify trends, risks, and areas of change and escalate insights to FP&A leadership.
n
nnContribute to analyses that help inform business decisions and highlight areas requiring further attention.
n
n nModeling & Data Management
nnnBuild, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting revenue forecasting, performance tracking, and analysis.
n
nnImprove model accuracy and consistency by updating assumptions, incorporating new data, and documenting logic.
n
nnUse tools such as Excel, Anaplan, Snowflake, and other analytics platforms to support planning and reporting activities.
n
n nMinimum Qualifications
nnnA bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
n
nnCandidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
n
nnVisa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

n nAdditional Qualifications
nnnBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
n
nn3–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles; experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus.
n
nnStrong analytical skills with experience working with structured financial data and models.
n
nnSolid financial modeling and Excel skills, with an interest in developing deeper FP&A expertise.
n
nnClear written and verbal communication skills.
n
nnExperience with planning or analytics tools (e.g., Anaplan, Snowflake, Power BI) is a plus.
