What You'll Do:
As a Financial Analyst, you'll support organizational success through advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. In this role, you will:
Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
Collaborate with Administration and department leaders to support data-driven decision making
Train and mentor Level I and II finance team members
Support process improvement efforts through automation and efficient resource utilization
Stay current on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial and operational information
Continue performing key responsibilities associated with Level II finance functions
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of accounting, finance, or related experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare accounting or finance experience
CPA designation and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $25.92 – $38.28 per hour
