nA Brief Overview
nThe Financial Analyst is responsible for financial planning activities, ensuring data integrity, and producing consistent, actionable financial analytics and reporting across the organization. This role supports strategic and operational decision-making through accurate data analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance financial methodologies and tools.
nWhat you will do
nnnMonitor and maintain financial planning and decision support systems, including data imports, audits, error resolution, and dictionary table updates.

nnConduct monthly data integrity audits and financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy in analytics and reporting.
n
nnPrepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages in a timely and consistent manner.

nnResearch and prepare financial analytics for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and recommending actionable insights.
n
nnAssist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and operating plan development, including payroll and reporting maintenance.
n
nnUnderstand and improve methodologies for cost, reimbursement, and other calculated financial metrics.
n
nnDevelop and maintain reusable standard reports to streamline ad hoc analytics and decision-making
n
nnInvestigate and resolve data integrity issues by understanding system structures and data sources.
n
nnContribute to cost accounting, contract modeling, productivity analysis, and other financial planning functions.
n
nnOrganize, execute, and present special projects as assigned by leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

nRequired Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
nnnBachelor's from four-year college or university in Accounting, Business or related field.

nn1-3 years related experience.
