Job Description
Title: Financial Case Advisor (Series 7 Required)
Duration: 6 months (possible extension/ conversion)
Location: MN Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in low to moderately complex customer service initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements
Review and analyze routine to moderately complex customer service issues requiring research and evaluation
Provide timely and accurate support to clients regarding brokerage accounts and services
Present recommendations and solutions for resolving customer service challenges
Exercise independent judgment while adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Maintain knowledge of financial products, brokerage services, and regulatory requirements
Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center environments
Active Series 7 License (mandatory)
