Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00/hr on W2
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
7+ years progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial/Business Analytics, or Management Reporting .
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and data interpretation .
Experience building/improving financial reports, KPI dashboards, or BI solutions .
Advanced Excel and experience with large/complex datasets.
Experience partnering with Analytics/Data/BI/IT teams .
Strong project management, stakeholder communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment .
Preferred Power BI, Tableau, SAP , or similar financial/analytics platforms.
Commercial, MedTech, healthcare, manufacturing, or global/matrixed environment.
Experience with dashboard automation, data requirements, KPI/metric governance, reporting controls, and FP&A process optimization .
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
