Job Title: Financial Consultant
nResponsibilities
nnnPartner closely with Commercial Finance and Analytics teams to accelerate ongoing projects.
n
nnConvert manual, fragmented reporting into scalable dashboards and repeatable processes.
n
nnConnect financial and operational drivers to improve business performance transparency.
n
nnEnable leaders to spend less time preparing data and more time acting on insights.
n
nnBuild or improve financial reporting, KPI dashboards, or management information solutions.
n
nnCollaborate with Analytics, Data, BI, IT, or systems teams to deliver reporting solutions.
n
nnOperate independently and manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
n
nnCreate momentum in ambiguous, cross-functional projects and bring structure and urgency.
n
n nEssential Skills
nnnBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
n
nn7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, business analytics, or related discipline.
n
nnStrong financial modeling, variance analysis, and data interpretation skills.
n
nnAdvanced Excel skills and experience with large or complex datasets.
n
nnProject management, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
n
n nAdditional Skills & Qualifications
nnnFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or comparable financial and analytics platforms.
n
nnExperience in a global, matrixed, Commercial, MedTech, healthcare, or manufacturing organization.
n
nnExperience defining data requirements, metric governance, dashboard adoption, or reporting controls.
n
nnExperience simplifying and standardizing FP&A processes through automation.
n
nnMBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification.
n
nnSelf-starter with confidence to ask questions and find solutions in complex structures.
n
nnComfortable with ambiguity and ability to drive to clarity without established playbook.
n

nThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
