Finance as a Service (FaaS) NetSuite Implementation AssociateOur firm is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Associate to join our team in delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of accounting expertise and technical proficiency with NetSuite.Responsibilities:Participate in the implementation and onboarding of new clients within the RSM Finance as a Service (FaaS) accounting outsourcing practice.Participate in client design sessions to analyze requirements and redesign business processes in connection with best practices in areas such as chart of account redesign, procure to pay, order to cash, record to report.Perform solution design in connection with the implementation of the FaaS technology stack, including NetSuite, BILL, Ramp and BlackLine.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation project to achieve business goals, including Project Management team, technology support team, client accounting services team and other key stakeholders within RSM.Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance the customer onboarding experience and collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements.Provide ongoing support and advisory services post-implementation to ensure client satisfaction and the continuous optimization of NetSuite solutions.Actively assist with other project-based initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, including quality control review and technology/process optimization of current client base.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong time management and organizational skills with sensitivity to timeframes, budgets and outcomes across multiple clients and projectsAbility to prioritize and stay organized/focused in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with competing demandsStrong technology skills and ability to quickly learn and use new technology software applicationsDedication to lifelong learning, including staying abreast of best practices in financial management enabled by technologyStrong Microsoft Office skillsPreferred Qualifications:NetSuite experience in either an SP or BPO practiceNetSuite SuiteFoundation CertifiedExperience with implementations of Oracle NetSuiteExpertise in process analysis and redesign of business processesExperience with BILL, Ramp, BlackLineExperience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm or other professional services environmentExperience in an outsourced accounting roleCertified Public AccountantAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $56,800 - $94,100
