A boutique client of ours is a Private Investment Fund that is building out their finance operations. Joining a team that are all young!
This role will be a lead financial role reporting to Head of team. This will be the lead professional working directly with BIG4 service providers and fund administrators as well.
Responsibilities:
Build out Fund finance and accounting for US investments including budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, accounting, and all transactions
Analyze accounting and financial performance
Create policies and procedures
Work with BIG4 to execute Audit and tax compliance
Requirements/Qualifications :
Bachelor degree; Master's, MBA, CPA a plus
8-15years’ experience in PE or Fund Accounting/Finance
Excel, and PowerPoint, preferred
Exceptional project management skills
