Job description
Withum is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services focused on financial due diligence. Based in the US with a hybrid schedule, you will drive multi-stream diligence engagements and coordinate with client management and engagement leadership.
You will mentor junior staff, contribute to practice growth, and apply your experience in M&A to deliver high-quality analysis, including assessment of earnings quality, working capital, and cash flow drivers.
