Translate business requirements into process flows, solution blueprints, functional specifications, configuration decisions, integration requirements, reporting requirements, controls, and test scenarios.

Partner with Finance to align configuration and process design with accounting, reconciliation, close, reporting, audit, and internal-control requirements.

Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend solutions that improve financial process effectiveness, data quality, controls, usability, and platform sustainability.

Assess Oracle update and release impacts and provide direction for configuration review, business readiness, regression testing, and adoption of applicable capabilities.

Provide functional architecture leadership across ORMB customer and account structures, pricing, billing, receivables, payments, adjustments, collections, delinquency, financial interfaces, and related revenue-management functions.

Lead ORMB fit-gap analysis and recommend product-based, configurable, and supportable approaches.

Apply working knowledge of ORMB architecture and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework to evaluate functional options, dependencies, upgrade impacts, and approved extensions.

Partner with business owners and technical teams on the functional behavior of ORMB integrations, conversions, reports, invoice outputs, batch processing, and exception handling.

Provide functional oversight for integrations connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB with Oracle Integration Cloud, enterprise data platforms, financial institutions, reporting solutions, and approved upstream and downstream systems.

Define and validate functional requirements for inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, files, batch processes, sequencing, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and recovery.

Ensure financial, billing, operational, and reconciliation reporting requirements are included in end-to-end solution designs.

Other duties as assigned.
