RSM US LLP is seeking a Financial Instruments Tax Senior Manager in Washington to lead tax strategies on financial instruments, recapitalizations, restructurings, and hedging-related matters within the National Tax Practice.
The role requires 10+ years of federal tax experience in instruments or M&A and CPA/EA/attorney credentials, with preference for an LLM in Taxation. You will guide a cross-functional team, handle high‑value opportunities, and contribute to client advisory engagements.
