nWhat You Will Do :

nWe are seeking an experienced Acquisition Financial Management & Program Analyst to provide dedicated financial management support to USTRANSCOM Program Managers (PMs) and designated acquisition program portfolio stakeholders. The successful candidate will support lifecycle financial execution, reporting, budget planning, and acquisition program analysis while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) financial and acquisition regulations.

nThis position requires expertise in acquisition financial management, program execution, fiscal analysis, budget formulation and execution, and the ability to leverage DoD financial management systems to support decision-making across acquisition portfolios.

nKey Responsibilities

nnnProvide lifecycle financial management support to ensure timely financial execution, reporting, and program analysis.

n

nnDevelop, maintain, and manage program financial tracking documentation and reporting tools.

n

nnSupport government financial management program execution activities and advise stakeholders on financial status, risks, and opportunities.

n

nnUtilize automated management and financial information systems such as:

n

nnDEAMS

n

nnITS

n

nnCRIS

n

nnEDA

n

nnOther Government-approved acquisition and financial systems

n

nnConduct fact-finding, analytical, budgeting, and advisory support activities.

n

nnAnalyze impacts of evolving acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and directives and provide recommendations to program leadership.

n

nnSupport fiscal year closeout activities and financial reconciliation efforts.

n

nnReview, monitor, and follow up on funding obligations and financial execution.

n

nnAssist with cleaning up Unliquidated Obligations (ODL) and ensuring accounts are balanced and TWCF operating funds are properly expensed.

n

nnPrepare and brief monthly budget execution reports and PM financial updates.

n

nnDevelop quarterly Integrated Program Review (IPR) financial presentations.

n

nnMaintain awareness of changing acquisition laws, policies, regulations, and directives affecting program execution.

n

n nWhat You Will Need :

nnnMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.

n

nnBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Acquisition Management, or related field.

n

nnMinimum ONE (1) year of relevant financial management experience.

n

nn5 days per week working on-site required.

n

n nWhat Would Be Nice To Have :

nnnExperience supporting USTRANSCOM, Air Force, or other DoD acquisition organizations.

n

nnExperience with DEAMS, ITS, CRIS, EDA, or comparable DoD financial systems.

n

nnExperience supporting TWCF-funded organizations.

n

nnKnowledge of PPBE processes and Program Budget Review (PBR) activities.

n

nnCurrent DEAMS training or demonstrated experience with DEAMS.

n

nnStrong attention to detail and fiscal accountability.

n

nnAbility to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.

n

nnProven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.

n

nnExperience supporting government program managers and senior leadership in a fast-paced acquisition environment.

n

nnDemonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and financial management requirements.

n

nnStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

n

nnProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

n

n nThe annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
