The Opportunity
nAs a Financial Markets & Real Estate - General Corporate Real Estate Senior Consultant, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance, enhance decision-making, and achieve their financial objectives. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your broad understanding of finance consulting to provide comprehensive guidance and support tailored to specific business needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions.

nnUtilizing financial modeling and economic forecasting to inform strategic recommendations

nnMonitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities and risks

nnDeveloping financial strategies that align with client business objectives

nnPreparing and analyzing financial statements to support client reporting requirements
n
nnAdvising on compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
n
nnCollaborating with clients to enhance financial management practices and strategies
n
nnBuilding and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
n
nnNavigating complex financial situations and providing clear, actionable insights
n
n nWhat You Must Have
nnnAt least a Bachelor's degree
n
nnAt least 3 years of experience
n
n nWhat Sets You Apart
nnnPreference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
n
nnDemonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and economic forecasting

nnUtilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data

n nThe salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
