n nTurn Your Competitive Drive into a Rewarding Career
At The Harrington District – Northwestern Mutual, we've found that some of our most successful financial planners share a common background: they're former athletes, coaches, or individuals who thrive in competitive environments. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and athletic history is a plus, not a requirement.
n The same qualities that lead to success on the field, court, track, or in the gym have discipline, resilience, coachability, and a commitment to continuous improvement; also create exceptional financial advisors. If you're looking for a career where your work ethic directly influences your success while helping others build financial confidence, we'd love to meet you.
nWhy Athletes Thrive Here

nYou'll have the opportunity to: n
nBuild meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
nCreate personalized financial strategies that help individuals, families, and business owners achieve their goals.
nGrow your own business with the support of an experienced leadership team.
nBe recognized and rewarded for your effort, performance, and results.
nContinue developing personally and professionally through coaching and mentorship.
n nWhether your background is in college athletics, professional sports, coaching, military service, recreational competition, sales, education, or another performance-driven field, the mindset you've developed can become one of your greatest professional strengths.
