The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance professional with strong analytical skills who can transform complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldExperience Requirements10+ years of progressive finance experienceMinimum of 5 years of FP&A experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysisAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsUnderstanding of manufacturing financial metrics, inventory analysis, labor, overhead, and marginsExperience supporting multiple manufacturing locations preferredExperience with ERP systems, government contracting, acquisition integration, or ERP implementations is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsJob DutiesLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic decisionsPerform scenario analysis related to pricing, labor, production, capital expenditures, and operational investmentsAnalyze profitability, inventory performance, labor utilization, overhead costs, and key manufacturing metricsPartner with operations and supply chain teams to identify performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop KPI dashboards, executive reporting packages, and financial presentationsPresent financial results, forecasts, and business recommendations to senior leadershipTranslate financial data into actionable insights that support profitability and growth objectivesImprove financial reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and analytical efficiencyEnhance reporting tools, ERP utilization, and data visibility across multiple locationsPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a professional office and hybrid environmentAbility to analyze detailed financial and operational data for extended periodsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environmentAbility to communicate effectively with leadership, operations, and cross-functional teamsBenefitsBenefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
