Financial Planning Associate

Core Wealth Management is an independent, fee-only fiduciary firm integrating comprehensive financial planning, tax planning, and investment management. We’re looking for someone serious about a long-term career in wealth management who has demonstrated that commitment by actively pursuing—or already earning—a CFP® certification.
You’ll work closely with experienced CFP® professionals, CPAs, and a CFA charterholder, contribute to client relationships, and take on greater responsibility as your capabilities grow.
What You’ll Do
Help develop and update financial plans covering cash flow, retirement, taxes, and investments.
Gather and analyze client information, research planning strategies, and prepare for client meetings.
Participate in meetings, coordinate follow-up, and help clients implement recommendations.
Support investment planning, client reporting, and ongoing client service.
What You’ll Bring
Active progress toward CFP® certification or an existing designation.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership.
A desire to work directly with clients and grow within a small, collaborative team.
