Duties will include:Collecting and analyzing information regarding the customer risk tolerance, long- and short-term goals, income, assets, investments, and debts; determining which products best meet the customer needs and circumstancesAdvising the customer regarding the advantages, risks, and disadvantages of different productsDeveloping internal referral resources to identify customersIdentifying external prospects and expanding new client relationshipsIdentifying cross-sell opportunities, including opportunities to refer customers to other lines of bank representatives through proper customer profiling and needs-based sellingUnderstanding and complying with all aspects of bank and Cetera policies and practices, including laws and regulations governing the duties and responsibilities of product salesMaintaining all necessary licenses and registrations as requiredSuccessfully completing all mandatory training in a timely mannerMaintaining superior and courteous service to promote products and expand customer relationshipsExceeding customer expectations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and professionalismWhat you will have:FINRA Series 7, 63 requiredState Life & Health Insurance License of state where applyingStrong sales, marketing, and business development skills2 years of experience in finance, insurance and/or bankingHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhat is nice to have:FINRA Series 65, or 66, preferredBachelor's degree, preferredCompensation:The base annual salary range for this role is $60,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus and a generous incentive compensation package. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
