Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager
Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Support multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, and revenue recognition activities.
Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance initiatives.
Optimize NetSuite reporting and support system enhancement projects.
Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and business performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Active CPA license.
5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting, audit, or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls.
Experience with multi-entity environments, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NetSuite.
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
