Financial Reporting Manager

We're seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to participate in external reporting, technical accounting, and SEC compliance for a dynamic, publicly traded organization. Partner across the business to elevate reporting quality, strengthen controls, and drive operational excellence.
Support all SEC reporting activities, including quarterly and annual filings
Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on financial reporting, disclosure requirements, and technical accounting matters
Drive the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards
Oversee the preparation and review of external financial statements, including complex reporting areas and cash flow reporting
Partner with auditors, tax advisors, legal teams, and executive leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting
Champion process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality
Strengthen internal control compliance and support audit activities

Public company SEC reporting experience
xhqgsiq Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
Experience researching and applying technical accounting guidance
Track record partnering with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to communicate complex accounting matters to both finance and non-finance audiences
Experience with teams, projects, or process transformation initiatives
CPA preferred
