Financial Reporting SpecialistLet's talk about Canteen One! We are the national account management arm for Canteen, the largest and most experienced food and retail service company in the United States. We help our clients take the best breaks possible by providing unique and customized office coffee, vending, market, and pantry programs from coast-to-coast.Job SummaryAre you an analytical person who also likes to provide quality cross-sector customer service? Our Financial Reporting Specialist provides reporting for national and/or regional vending and office coffee clients. This position is responsible for the maintenance of sites, machines, and commission rates so that client reporting is accurate and in compliance with contracts, in addition to completing ad-hoc analysis requests.Key Responsibilities:Analyzes and organizes operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivables / accounts payableMaximizes productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.Preferred Requirements:Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives.High school diploma or GED equivalency required plus 5 years' experience or college degree plus two years' experience.Must successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testing.Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
