Meet Our Regional Director:
Cameron Lee is a Regional Director with Modern Woodmen of America, where he leads advisor growth and development across Alabama. Since starting his career with Modern Woodmen in October 2008, he has been dedicated to fostering teamwork, building strong relationships, and helping families and businesses achieve financial security. Cameron is passionate about developing advisors into leaders and creating a culture of trust and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys deer hunting, playing music, golf, and serving in his church community, all of which reflect his love for connection, teamwork, and faith.

The Role of Financial Representative:
As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members' financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office. Over time, the role can expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Perks/Benefits:
This position is compensated through commissions and performance-based incentives. Based on historical results, representatives may earn approximately $97,000-192,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

Qualifications:
