Job description
Financial Secretary IThis is a full-time, twelve-month position supporting Postlethwait Middle School. Candidate must have excellent secretarial and interpersonal skills for this position as he/she will be interacting with students, parents/guardians, and other school district personnel on a regular basis. Candidate should be proficient in Infinite Campus, Microsoft Office (excel), Google Docs, Office finances and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written skills. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information. Candidate must be able to work independently and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Principal. Successful school secretary experience strongly preferred.Salary: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree.
