Financial Service RepresentativeExpress Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a local company looking for a Financial Service Representative. This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates.Pay: $18-$20/hourSchedulePart-time or full-time availableMonday – Friday, 8am-5pmResponsibilitiesAssist customers with financial service needs and questionsProvide friendly and professional customer serviceProcess transactions and maintain accurate recordsAssist with account information and related paperworkComplete bank reconciliations and other financial tasks as neededReview information carefully for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesFollow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer informationQualificationsBanking, financial services, or bank reconciliation experience preferredCustomer service experience requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and organizational skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to handle confidential financial information professionallyStrong computer and data-entry skillsPrevious banking experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with strong customer service and attention to detail will be considered
