Financial Services Transactions AssociateOur client is seeking a dynamic associate with 1–3 years of experience representing banks or non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions to join its Financial Services Transactions practice group in Baltimore.This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to grow into a key member of a nationally recognized and established team, gaining hands-on experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing sophisticated financing transactions. Candidates currently located outside the Baltimore area who are interested in relocating are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesAssist with structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing loan agreements.Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, security documents, and other related transactional documents.Represent banks and non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions.Collaborate with senior attorneys on a nationally recognized transactional team.QualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law school.1–3 years of experience representing banks or non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions.Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Maryland law license required, or ability to sit for the Maryland Bar and obtain licensure promptly.
