Job description
Crowell & Moring LLP in New York seeks an associate or counsel to join our Financial Services practice. You will represent banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and corporate clients in credit and finance matters, including lending, derivatives, litigation finance and restructuring.
Candidates typically have 4–7 years of substantive finance experience; derivatives, secured transactions, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law background are a plus.
