Financial Services AssociateAs a Financial Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service. You'll assist with routine banking transactions, promote financial products, and help customers achieve their financial goals.Key Responsibilities:Process routine financial transactions accurately, including: Deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and transfersBalance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy within established tolerancesIdentify client needs and make appropriate referrals to other bank products and servicesFollow all bank policies, procedures, and security protocolsComply with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML and privacy requirementsProvide friendly, professional service and assist in resolving basic client inquiriesMaintain confidentiality of client informationSupport branch operations as needed, including lobby coverage and operational tasksQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior cash-handling or customer service experience preferredStrong attention to detail and basic math skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn banking systems, products, and proceduresReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.Preferred Skills:Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) is a plus.Familiarity with financial products such as checking, savings, loans, and credit cards.Sales or referral experience in a customer-facing role.
