Job description
Morgan Lewis is seeking an experienced alternative track associate to join our litigation practice in either the Miami or Houston office. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and be a member of the Florida bar, with strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years handling high-volume litigation, familiarity with state and federal court procedures, and knowledge of TCPA and FCRA consumer protection laws.
