Position
Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid‑level associate to join our Financial Services practice in the Washington, DC office.
Responsibilities
Provide counseling on consumer and small business financial products and services, including payments, credit, alternative lending arrangements (earned wage access, merchant cash advances, factoring), deposits, and payments.
Manage substantial components of projects independently.
Work collaboratively in teams.
Qualifications
Familiarity with federal and state laws and regulations that apply to these products and services.
Outstanding academic credentials.
Comparable law firm experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
Ambitious with strong writing and oral presentation skills.
