Responsibilities: • • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are understood and met. • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify client needs and recommend tailored financial strategies. • Collaborate with clients to create personalized financial plans that align with their life goals and aspirations. • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the most current financial advice. • Engage in proactive networking and referral development to expand your client base and grow your practice. • Facilitate regular client meetings to review financial plans, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed. • Utilize company-provided technology and tools to streamline client interactions and enhance service delivery efficiency. Qualifications: • Ideal Candidate Relationship-driven and comfortable building trust with clients and referral partners. Enterprising, self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. Strong communicator who can explain financial concepts clearly and professionally. Comfortable with prospecting, networking, follow-up, and business development activity. • Qualifications Committed to integrity, client service, long-term relationships, and ongoing professional growth. Sales, business development, financial services, insurance, banking, mortgage, leadership, or client-facing experience preferred. Ability to build relationships, ask thoughtful questions, and guide clients through important financial conversations. Willingness to obtain required licenses, if not already licensed. Strong work ethic, professionalism, follow-through, and commitment to consistent daily activity. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, depending on firm requirements. Compensation: $80,000 - $124,000 yearly
