As a Financial Services Professional, you’ll work one‑on‑one with clients to create personalized insurance and financial solutions, building meaningful relationships and a career you’re proud of.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to provide tailored insurance and financial solutions.
Assist clients in understanding and obtaining life, health, and investment products.
Collaborate with mentors and leadership to grow sales and wealth‑management skills.
Support ongoing client needs and renewals to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
No finance background required; sales, service, or people‑facing experience is a big plus.
Must obtain Life & Health insurance licensing—covered by the company.
Will prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, including coursework and a $2,000 bonus upon completion.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr
