Part‑time – $36,000–$48,000 potential first‑year compensation
Full‑time – $72,000–$90,000 potential first‑year compensation, with top performers earning $150,000+
Responsibilities
Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset‑building solutions
Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through consistent communication and service
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company‑provided lead systems
Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets
Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision‑making process and close sales
Stay current on industry trends and products
Operate independently while collaborating with a high‑performing, supportive team environment
