Financial Services RepresentativeThe Moody Street Group, LLC, a general agency of OneAmerica Financial, provides financial strategies and solutions to individuals, families, and business owners. We work closely with clients to help them evaluate financial goals, manage risk, and implement long-term planning strategies.We are currently seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team.Role OverviewThis position focuses on developing client relationships and providing financial solutions tailored to individual needs. Representatives work directly with clients to understand objectives, present appropriate strategies, and deliver ongoing service and support.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clientsConduct client meetings to assess financial objectives and needsPresent financial products and planning strategiesProvide ongoing client service and account supportParticipate in training and professional development programsMaintain compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (business, finance, marketing, communications, or related fields)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional demeanor and client-focused mindsetSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyInterest in financial services and relationship-based salesAbility to obtain required state licensing (if not already licensed)Training & SupportNew representatives participate in a structured training program designed to develop product knowledge, client communication skills, and industry best practices. Ongoing technical and sales support is provided.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a commission-based position.
