Job description

Bank of America – Guided by a purpose to help make financial lives better, we drive Responsible Growth and deliver for our clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders every day.

At Bank of America we are committed to a great place to work, to an inclusive workplace, emotional and physical wellness, and to making an impact in the communities we serve. We prioritize an in‑office culture with the flexibility needed to meet role‑specific requirements.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) , you will begin your journey by obtaining Securities Industry licenses. You will receive dedicated, personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Once licensed, you will learn foundational advisory skills, acquire and manage client relationships, and guide clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their best financial lives.

After achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to progression into FSA Stage II, where you deepen relationships and grow your practice within a client portfolio.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
