Supported by more than 30,000 team members, we are committed to clinical excellence and a culture built on trust, dignity, respect, responsibility, and innovation.Position SummaryThe Financial Specialist serves as a senior-level finance professional and subject matter expert supporting complex clinical and business service lines across BayCare. This role assumes a leadership position within the finance function, partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization to provide strategic financial guidance, analytical support, and operational insight.Responsibilities include coordinating and enhancing financial analysis and reporting processes, supporting operating and capital budget development, forecasting, capital asset management, cost accounting, and general accounting activities.
