Join Our Team as a Fine Dining General Manager! Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and exciting environment? Bum Rogers is seeking a Fine Dining General Manager to oversee one of our three unique restaurant locations in Seaside Park, NJ. As a staple in the community for over five decades, Bum Rogers offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that caters to both locals and visitors alike. Daily Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Monitor and control labor costs to maximize profitability
Oversee front of house staff and ensure exceptional guest relations
Manage food cost and inventory to optimize profitability
Required Skills:
Experience in restaurant management
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to plan and execute banquet and catering operations
Knowledge of menu planning and creative marketing strategies
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience as a sommelier
Knowledge of ToastTable reservation system
Menu development expertise
Previous experience in fine dining
Minimum Salary: $75,000.00
Maximum Salary: $85,000.00
