Job description
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Operating Partner/General Manager to lead daily operations in a polished casual setting. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, while upholding our standards for service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
You’ll drive the P&L, develop sales initiatives, and represent the brand in the local community. A strong background in wine and food/beverage operations is preferred.
