Tuscany Suites & Casino is seeking a Restaurant General Manager/Sommelier to lead Bistecca restaurant in Las Vegas. You will plan and manage daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance in a fine-dining environment.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business/management, 2+ years supervising, and strong wine service knowledge, with NV Health and TAM cards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
