Fine Jewelry Sales Associate

Christopher’s Fine Jewelry, an established independent jeweler in Pawleys Island, is seeking a personable, motivated Sales Associate who delivers outstanding client experiences and achieves results.
Our clients trust us with some of life’s most meaningful purchases—from engagements and anniversaries to personal milestones. We’re looking for someone who listens thoughtfully, builds trust, and guides each client with confidence and care.
Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required. Jewelry experience is also a plus, though not required. A background in automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or another client-focused field can provide a strong foundation. We’ll provide jewelry and product training; you’ll bring initiative, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving results.

What You’ll Do
Deliver a personalized luxury experience, helping clients select jewelry and guiding them confidently through a purchase
Build and maintain a personal client book through outreach, post-sale follow-up, and referrals
Learn our products and clearly communicate their quality, craftsmanship, and value
Coordinate client inquiries, special orders, and repairs, keeping clients informed throughout
Work toward individual and store sales goals while supporting your teammates
Participate in store events and promotions
Keep the sales floor beautiful, organized, and client-ready
