Job description
Macy's Fine Jewelry is seeking a Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands while building lasting relationships through consultative selling and our clientele program.
Responsibilities include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, assisting with inventory and events, and maintaining secure, attractive presentation of merchandise. Weekend shifts are required.
