Finish Blade / Motor Grader Operator

nABCI is looking for an experienced Finish Blade / Motor Grader Operator who takes pride in clean, accurate dirt work.
nWe are a respected civil construction contractor with steady local projects, long-term employees, and a strong reputation for quality. This is not a "seat-filler" position. We need a skilled operator who can run a blade, hold grade, work with the crew, and help finish jobs the right way.
nWhat You'll Be Running
nYou'll operate a CAT M-Series motor grader on civil construction projects, performing fine grading, finish work, and production support. Trimble GPS experience is strongly preferred.
nWhat You'll Do
nnRun a CAT M-Series motor grader for finish blade and fine-grade work
nUse Trimble GPS to cut and maintain accurate grade
nWork with foremen, grade checkers, and crews to meet production goals
nPerform daily equipment inspections
nHandle basic maintenance and report major issues early
nWork safely and follow company and OSHA procedures
nWork overtime when weather or project schedules require it
n nWhat We're Looking For
nn5+ years of motor grader / finish blade experience
nStrong fine-grade experience required
nTrimble GPS experience preferred
nValid driver's license
nReliable, safety-minded, and professional
nGood communication with foremen and crew members
nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening
