CarpenterLocation: BillericaSchedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 10 Hour days with OTJob SummaryJoin a growing team building high-quality modular homes. In this role, you'll perform a variety of carpentry tasks in both a manufacturing facility and on residential job sites, including framing, assembly, and installation of structural components. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! This role is fully indoors at one location in Billerica. We are looking for someone with skills in frame to finish carpentry. This role is offering $20 - $30 an hour to start.ResponsibilitiesFrame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components.Install doors, windows, sheathing, subfloors, and other building materials.Read and interpret construction drawings and shop plans.Safely operate hand and power tools.Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work area.Work collaboratively to meet production and installation schedules.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction.Experience with framing, installation, or general carpentry work.Ability to read a tape measure and safely use common carpentry tools.Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.Blueprint reading experience is a plus.Pay$20-$30/hr based on experienceHigher pay may be available for highly experienced/skilled carpentersBe part of an innovative company transforming the future of housing through modular construction.
