Skillforce Inc. Hiring Finish CarpentersSkillforce Inc. is currently hiring experienced Finish Carpenters for upcoming condominium projects in Wausau, WI. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of carpentry experience, with strong experience in finish and interior carpentry. Pay is $30–$35 per hour based on skill set and experience.Finish Carpenter Responsibilities:Perform finish carpentry work on condominium construction projectsInstall baseboards, trim, molding, and other finish materialsInstall and adjust doors, door frames, and hardwareMeasure, cut, fit, and install wood and finish materials accuratelyComplete interior finishing and punch-list workRead and interpret blueprints, measurements, and project specificationsEnsure completed work meets quality standards and project requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork collaboratively with other trades and contractors to keep projects on scheduleFinish Carpenter Qualifications:3+ years of carpentry experiencePrevious finish carpentry experience requiredExperience working on residential, multifamily, or condominium projects preferredAbility to accurately measure, cut, and install finish materialsAbility to read a tape measure and use standard carpentry toolsValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust have your own basic hand and power tools and PPEAbility to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanshipBenefits:$30–$35/hour based on experienceWeekly payReferral programPaid time off and holiday payMedical, vision, and dental insurance401(k)
