Its commitment to craftsmanship and customer collaboration drives long-term value in residential construction.Position SummaryThe Finish Plumbing Crew Member installs, inspects, and tests plumbing fixtures and related materials within a controlled production environment. This role supports modular home construction by installing sinks, faucets, drains, dishwashers, toilets, and related components. Duties include identifying safety and plumbing concerns, performing basic clerical tasks related to the project, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall plumbing materials including sinks, faucets, drains, dishwashers, and toiletsInspect work to identify plumbing issues and take corrective actionInterpret purchase orders to identify materials needed for installationEnsure compliance with applicable plumbing codesMaintain inventory, tools, and suppliesKeep work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Assist with troubleshooting or repairs at client sites as neededCollaborate with team members to maintain a cooperative and productive environmentPerform clerical tasks related to project documentationPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications & ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of plumbing materials, industry standards, and codesAbility to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, and work ordersAbility to use manual and power tools safely (e.g., screw guns, belt sanders)Proficient soldering skills with copper pipingAbility to perform overhead physical work for extended periodsStrong math and measurement skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. consistentlyValid driver's licenseWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environmentExposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levelsOccasional work in production areas requiring safety glasses and hearing protectionAbility to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs.Extended standing, walking, bending, and manual laborRequires manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and physical staminaScheduleFull-time, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.Evening and Friday work may occur as job duties demandTravel is generally not expected; occasional out-of-area travel may occurWhy Join This Team?A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impactGuided by strong NATIVE values and tribal-owned purposeCareer stability and opportunities across diverse industriesA collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growthOur Commitment to DiversityHo-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
