Job description
Finish WorkerThe finish worker is responsible for finishing products to specifications.Responsibilities:Finish product per operational method sheet, drawings or schedules using appropriate spray guns or tools.Inspect for obvious damage, color consistency and alignment or any other material specifications and inspect parts for compliance to any other quality or workmanship standards.Document necessary informationKeep work space and equipment clean and well organizedPerform job rotation as directedImplement process improvementsRequirements:Able to read drawingsSkilled in the use of spray guns a plusAble to perform preventative/reactive maintenance to machine, tools/equipmentAble to use required gaugesAble to use load moving devicesAbility to identify nonconformitiesAble and willing to work flexible hoursAble to write legiblyAble to read and comprehend required documentsAble to accomplish required mathMinimum of 4 weeks on the job trainingPositive attitudePatientHonest and ethicalAbility to keep humor in the workplaceAbility to build & sustain relationshipsFlexible and open to changeProven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance)
