Finished Goods Order ProcessorExpress Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Finished Goods Order Processor for a manufacturing client in Newberg, OR. We are looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals with manufacturing experience who are eager to support production and order fulfillment operations.The Finished Goods Order Processor is responsible for pulling and binning parts from Finished Goods Inventory to support the order fulfillment process. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to assist in other manufacturing departments as needed.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesStage finished goods orders and print labelsPull parts for customer orders from finished goods inventoryApply product labels according to established proceduresReview orders for tubing requirements, special instructions, and large quantitiesMonitor inventory to maintain Kanban integrity, including cards and quantitiesProcess Kanban cards according to company proceduresSafely maneuver finished goods order carts through warehouse aislesAssist with shipping and final inspection activities as neededPerform other manufacturing and warehouse duties as assignedQualifications & SkillsMinimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience requiredBasic computer skills and ability to learn company software systemsAbility and willingness to work overtime or adjust schedules when neededStrong teamwork skills and willingness to support multiple departmentsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsFrequently lift and carry 1-20 poundsOccasionally lift up to 35 poundsStand, walk, and remain in motion for extended periods throughout the shiftEquipment UsedPersonal Computer (PC)Telephone SystemWork Schedule ExpectationsMonday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 4:00 PMFlexibility to work additional hours as neededStrong attendance record required
