Machine Operator (Finisher)Join Our Team as a Finishing Operator (2nd Shift)Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pay: $19.00 per hourThe Role We're seeking Finishing Operators to join our dynamic 2nd shift crew. As a Finishing Operator, you'll operate state-of-the-art rewind and finishing equipment to inspect, cut, and package labels with precision. Your work ensures that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Set up and operate finishing equipment according to production ordersInspect labels for accuracy, quality, and customer specificationsApply correct core tags, splicing, and rewind positioning for each jobCollaborate with quality teams to confirm accuracy before packagingPackage finished products safely and efficiently for shipmentComplete production and quality reports accurately and on timeReport and communicate any equipment or quality issues immediatelySupport press operators and teammates to keep production running smoothlyUphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work areaBe flexible and available for overtime when neededWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior manufacturing or printing experience is a plus (but not required!)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsOrganizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and job ordersPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentStanding and walking throughout your shiftLifting or moving up to 40 lbs regularlyOccasional bending, kneeling, or climbingClear vision (including close, distance, color, and depth perception)Work near moving machinery with protective gear provided (safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses)Why You'll Love Working Here3-Day Weekends every week Be part of a global company with growth opportunities Team-focused culture built on safety and quality Hands-on training with room to grow your skillsReady to start your career with a company that values your work and invests in your growth?
