Job description
Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is hiring a Department Manager to oversee the Finishing department at Plant 4. The ideal candidate will drive accountability, develop associates, and partner with R&D, Production Planning, and Dye Technical to meet performance metrics and financial targets.
You will lead safety culture, manage daily operations, collaborate with Quality Control, monitor POVA data, and participate in cost-reduction initiatives to maximize plant profitability.
